On July 7, during his visit to Ivano-Frankivsk Region, Metropolitan Epifaniy of Kyiv and All Ukraine visited King Danylo University, where he had a discussion with students on various topics as part of the University’s “Open Meeting with Successful People” project.
“I always seek to set the bar high, so it might seem unattainable. After all, then comes the will to move further, move forward, and do everything in our power to improve. And, perhaps, one day, with God’s help, you will find that this bar you have set is quite attainable,” said Metropolitan Epifaniy, according to the OCU press service.
During the celebrations on the occasion of this year’s graduation, Metropolitan Epifaniy presented diplomas to the graduates and decorated Rector Myroslav Lutsky with the Order of St. Michael the Archangel, II degree.
Then the ceremony was held to award the Primate of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, Metropolitan Epifaniy, the diploma of Honorary Doctor of King Danylo University.
After the official part of the event, students and graduates organized a music show.
His Beatitude was accompanied by Metropolitan Ioasaf (Vasylykiv) of Ivano-Frankivsk and Halych and Bishop Pavlo (Yurystyi) of Khmelnytsky and Kamyanets-Podilsky.
