Metropolitan Epifaniy of Kyiv and All Ukraine met at his residence, the Metropolitan House, with Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.
The meeting was held on February 2, the OCU press service wrote.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the religious and economic situation in Ukraine, social initiatives, and comprehensive support for Ukraine’s defenders. Another topic was the continuation of attracting foreign aid to counter Russia’s full-scale aggression.
Denys Shmyhal also congratulated the Primate of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine on the eve of the sixth anniversary of his enthronement and birthday.
