Exarch of Ecumenical Patriarchate in Ukraine meets with Dominican monks

The head of the Stauropegium of the Ecumenical Patriarchate in Ukraine and Exarch of the Ecumenical Patriarch, Bishop Michael of Koman, met with the Dominican brothers: Fr. Yaroslav Kravits, superior of the Dominicans in Ukraine; at. Alain Arnould, socius of the General Order from Rome, and Fr. Bernard Senelle, abbot of the Saint Jacques monastery in Paris.

This is reported by the Mission Stauropegium of the Ecumenical Patriarchate in Ukraine.

The parties discussed the current state of inter-Christian dialogue and its prospects, as well as the current aspects of Orthodox relations in Ukraine amid the ongoing war.

The meeting took place in a warm brotherly atmosphere.

During the conversation, Bishop Michael gratefully recalled his years of study at the University of Friborg (Switzerland), where a large number of his teachers belonged to the Dominican order.

At the end of the meeting, the parties exchanged souvenirs.
