On April 30, at the invitation of His Eminence Metropolitan Iov of Pisidia, with the blessing of His Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew, the Exarch of the Ecumenical Patriarch in Ukraine, Bishop Michael of Koman took part in the Divine Liturgy in the Church of St. Alipius the Pillar in Antalya on the occasion of the celebration of the Day of the Kik Icon of the Mother of God and Day of Women – myrrh bearers

Earlier, a meeting of the Exarch with His Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew took place in Constantinople, during which the situation of religious life in Ukraine was discussed.
The Divine Liturgy in the city of Antalya was presided over by His Eminence Metropolitan Meliton of Philadelphia in the co-service of His Eminence Metropolitan Iov of Pisidia, His Eminence Bishop Michael of Koman, and clergymen of Antalya and Alania.
After the service, the Exarch met with Ukrainian refugees who ended up in Turkey as a result of the Russian military invasion and who are parishioners of the churches of the Ecumenical Patriarchate in Turkey.
Local clerics expressed their gratitude to Bishop Michael for the publication by Stauropegium of the Ecumenical Patriarchate in Ukraine with the financial support of the UOC of the USA of the liturgical Gospel in the Ukrainian language, which is used in many parishes in Turkey, where divine services are held for Ukrainians.
In turn, Bishop Exarch thanked Metropolitan Iov, clergy, and parishioners for the warm meeting and acceptance.
