Russian Federation pursues attempts to discredit Ukraine in int’l arena

According to the Information Resistance OSINT community, the Russians are plotting yet another provocation to try to discredit Ukraine in the humanitarian field.

In the Russian information space, as well as through the so-called Russian diaspora, rumors have been circulating for some time that orphans are being taken out of Ukraine through Poland and Turkey as potential organ donors. After this fake report was fixated in the information space, the Russian authorities started to bring it up at the official level.

Currently, on behalf of the so-called “Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation”, Tatyana Moskalkova, infamous for her boundless loyalty to Vladimir Putin’s criminal regime, a letter is being drafted to her Turkish counterpart, asking that the Turkish side address the issue and look into the situation of children being trafficked as organ donors.

Obviously, in this way the Russians seek to divert the attention of the international community from the forcible removal of children from the temporarily occupied territories, in particular from Mariupol, into Russia.

Also, it should be recalled that in the period from 2014 to 2015, it was Russia that organized the removal of orphans from the temporarily occupied territories of Donbas. Those children ultimately went missing. According to available reports, they were exploited as organ donors. A Russian national, widely known as a “humanitarian activist,” Elizaveta Glinka, was personally involved in the scheme, reports said. She also performed similar functions in Syria. For her efforts, on December 8, 2016, she was awarded by Vladimir Putin the hypocritical Russian state award for “outstanding achievements” in the field of human rights.
