Since the launch of the Russian invasion, almost 4,000 marriages have been registered in Ukraine, and 4,300 children have been born, according to the Ministry of Justice.
“No matter how hard the enemy seeks to destroy and break us, life goes on… And a new life is born, despite the war. Since the beginning of the war with Russia, 4,311 newborns have been registered in different parts of Ukraine,” the statement reads.
Also during this time, Ukrainian couples have created almost 4,000 new families.
“Some 3,973 couples have decided to officially strengthen their union during the war,” the Ministry of Justice said.
“Despite Russia’s armed aggression, Ukrainians don’t lose the spirit and strength of faith. The enemy shall be destroyed! We will win!” the ministry’s press service stressed.
