In Crimea, Metropolitan Klyment (Kushch) consecrates water for OCU parishioners

The Orthodox Church of Ukraine, despite being persecuted and practically driven out of Crimea by the occupation forces, continues to operate on the peninsula.

On January 19, the Feast of Epiphany, the Baptism of the Lord, the OCU hierarch, Metropolitan Klyment (Kushch) of Crimea and Simferopol performed the rite of great consecration of water for the faithful of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine.

Relevant photos have been published on the Facebook page of the Ukrainian Church in Crimea.

It should be recalled that in the western Ukrainian city of Mukachevo, an OCU bishop visited servicemen at their base with the Jordanian blessing. Meanhwhile, in Vinnytsia, the OCU Archimandrite blessed the military ahead of the start of the second academic semester.
