President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Boris Johnson, who was on a working visit to Ukraine earlier this week, visited one of the most striking monuments of Ukrainian culture, the Sophia of Kyiv National Reserve.
This is according to a statement released on the official Facebook page of the Ukrainian President’s Office.
Boris Johnson was briefed on the history of St. Sophia Cathedral before having an opportunity to see the mosaics and frescoes decorating the temple’s interior.
Wrapping up the visit, the UK Prime Minister signed off the visitors’ book.
