On July 24, 2024, the Primate of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, His Beatitude Metropolitan Epifaniy, arrived in Ternopil region for a consecration visit.

The head of the local Ukrainian Orthodox Church was welcomed by Metropolitan Nestor of Ternopil and Kremenets, Archbishop Pavlo of Ternopil and Terebovlya, Archbishop Tikhon of Ternopil and Buchach, Archbishop Pavlo of Khmelnytskyi and Shepetivka, Bishop Boris of Kherson and Kakhovka, clergy from the local diocese, and Ukrainian soldiers.
Bishop Nestor welcomed His Beatitude Metropolitan Epifaniy in Ternopil region, offering His Beatitude flowers.
Today at 9:00, the Primate will lead the Divine Liturgy in the pantheon temple in honor of St. Righteous Anna in the village of Lishnia and lay a capsule under the memorial complex dedicated to our soldiers who perished in the Russia-Ukraine war.
