On February 13, Metropolitan Oleksandr (Drabynko) met with the Apostolic Nuncio to Ukraine, Archbishop Visvaldas Kulbokas, in the Apostolic Nunciature in Kyiv.
During the meeting, the parties discussed a number of issues regarding the religious situation, inter-church and church-state relations in Ukraine amid the ongoing war.
Metropolitan Oleksandr also presented Archbishop Visvaldas with copies of the facsimile edition of the Mazepa Gospel and the Aprakos Gospel, published by the Metropolitan Volodymyr Foundation.
The meeting took place as part of a courtesy visit and outreach between the Orthodox Church of Ukraine and the Apostolic See.
