His Beatitude Metropolitan Epifaniy of Kyiv and All Ukraine received on October 26 at the Metropolitan House the Deputy General Director of Kyiv’s Vodokanal utility service, Deputy of the Kyiv City Council Vadym Storozhuk, and Deputy Director of the Department of Communal Property of the City of Kyiv Yury Berehovoy.

The head of the autocephalous Orthodox Church of Ukraine spoke with the guests about the functioning of the capital’s infrastructure in the conditions of cynical attacks carried out Russian occupiers on cticial civilian infrastructure.
In addition, His Beatitude presented Vadym Storozhuk and Yuri Berehovoy with church awards.
“When we are in the unity to which the Lord calls us, then we are strong and capable of achieving victory. Our glorious Kyiv survived the enemy onslaught thanks to our military, solidarity of ordinary residents, and heavenly help of the capital’s patron – Arch Strategist Michael. Therefore, we must continue, each in their position, with a sincere prayer to make every effort to protect our Homeland and its inhabitants,” said Metropolitan Epifaniy.
