On October 11, the enemy again shelled the front-line Kupiansk. One of the projectiles destroyed the Baptist house of prayer.

Valeriy Kovalenko, the pastor from the EKbB church in the neighboring settlement of Kupiansk-Vuzlove, showed a video of the destruction.
When Pastor Valeriy entered the destroyed church premises, he saw the Gospel. Unfolding it, he read a passage from James 1:2: “Have all joy, my brothers, when you fall into all kinds of trials.”
“We don’t know how we will proceed. But we are not going to give up”
Pastor Valeriy evacuated his family to Kharkiv a week ago. Remaining at home, 7 kilometers from the front, is extremely dangerous. He himself decided to be with those who remained in the village. About 100 non-church people attend the Sunday meeting. They yearn for God like never before.
It should be recalled that the UOC (MP) admitted for the first time that the Russians shelled the Sviatohirsk Lavra. Also, the abbot of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (MP), who blessed the Russian army on camera in Kharkiv region, was charged by law enforcers.
