The prosecutors of the Starobilsk District Prosecutor’s Office in Luhansk region forwarded to court the indictment against one of the “chiefs” of the occupation administration of the “LPR” unrecognized entity on charges of aiding and abetting the enemy (Article 111-1 Part 5 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
This is stated on the website of the Luhansk Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
The perpetrator turned out to be the abbot of one of the UOC (MP) churches, who at the same time was the chief of the villages of Morozivka, Zorynivka, and Shelestivka.
He is currently on a wanted list facing up to 10 years in prison with a ban on holding certain official positions.
