In the Beryslav district of Kherson region, on Good Sunday, April 23, Russian artillery attacked a local cemetery.
This is reported by the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
“The incident took place in the village of Havrylivka of the Novo-Oleksandrivsk community. Fortunately, no civilians were affected,” the statement reads.
The Administration recalled that from April 4, a ban on visiting cemeteries and burial sites has been in effect in Kherson region. The relevant decision was made by the Regional Defense Authority.
As reported, on Sunday, April 23, the Russian occupiers shelled the village of Kizomys in the Belozerka community of Kherson region. Dozens of houses, a police vehicle, and a school were struck. Civilian casualties were reported.
