    Churchmen from Poland hand over 12 tonnes of humanitarian aid to Khmelnytskyi

    The humanitarian headquarters of the Khmelnytskyi regional council received 12 tonnes of humanitarian aid from Poland’s Charitable Foundation “Christian Service to the Family”.

    This was reported by the press service of the regional council.

    The cargo mainly consists of clothes and baby food.

    The humanitarian batch was delivered to the city by representatives of the religious organization “Church of Evangelical Christians – Baptists” House of the Gospel” (Khmelnytskyi). The head of the organization, Anatolii Melnyk, noted that the aid was received in the framework of cooperation with Polish colleagues – the “Christian Service to the Family” charitable foundation.

    According to him, the organization systematically receives humanitarian aid from similar Polish organizations, to be then distributed to IDPs, as well as residents of de-occupied territories.

    In particular, humanitarian goods were delivered to Izium in Kharkiv region, settlements of Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, and Zaporizhia regions. Currently, it is planned to send food aid to Kherson region.
