On September 27, Metropolitan Epifaniy of Kyiv and All Ukraine met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to Ukraine, Larisa Galadza.
During the meeting, the parties talked of support to Ukraine from the international community for the protection of the country’s sovereignty and repelling the Russian onslaught, reports the press service of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine.
In addition, the interlocutors discussed humanitarian projects, the socio-political and inter-religious situation in the country, as well as a number of other pressing issues.
Earlier, Metropolitan Epifaniy met with the head of the Military Chaplaincy Service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He also had a meeting with the ambassador of Great Britain.
