On July 20, a meeting of the Exarch of the Ecumenical Patriarch in Ukraine, Bishop Michael (Anishchenko), took place with the Deputy Minister of Culture and National Heritage, Yaroslav Sellin.

“Today we had the opportunity to talk about the most relevant topics of Polish-Ukrainian cooperation in the field of culture and protection of national heritage. His Eminence Bishop thanked the Government of the Republic of Poland and all Poles and Polish citizens for the invaluable support that Ukrainians and Ukraine feel. He also expressed his readiness to support all educational and cultural initiatives,” the expert noted.
The meeting was organized by MP Daniel Milewski, head of the Polish-Greek parliamentary group.
The Exarch was in Warsaw on his way back from Phanar, the seat of the Ecumenical Patriarchate.
