The Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the USA has handed a batch of humanitarian aid to Ukraine. The consignment has been delivered to the village of Horokhiv, Volyn region, where OCU priest Father Andriy Sydor accepted and disbursed it among locals.
That’s according to UOC of USA Archbishop Daniel Zelinsky.
“Grateful to the clergy and parishioners of the Ukrainian Orthodox parish communities in Germany for coordinating the collection and transportation of the CHURCH’s humanitarian aid… to all clergy and volunteers of the local Orthodox parish community of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine in Horohiv, Volyn region – humble THANK YOU for cooperation and willingness to quickly distribute and deliver the aid!”
