On February 3, the Primate of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, Metropolitan Epifaniy, met at his residence with Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Oleksiy Danilov.
Danilov congratulated Metropolitan Epifaniy on the third anniversary of his enthronement and his birthday.
In addition, during the meeting, the two discussed the current security situation in and around the country, according to the press service of the OCU.
For his part, the Metropolitan of Kyiv and All Ukraine assured Oleksiy Danilov that the Orthodox Church of Ukraine will continue to be reliable support of the Ukrainian nation and the spiritual foundation of its people.
