On February 3, the Divine Liturgy was held in Sophia of Kyiv on the occasion of the third anniversary of the enthronement and the day of the 43rd Birthday of the Primate of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, Metropolitan Epifaniy of Kyiv and All Ukraine.
The Exarch of the Ecumenical Patriarch in Kyiv, Bishop Michael of Koman, Archbishop Daniel of Pamphylia of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in the USA and Bishop Hilarion of Edmonton of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of Canada took part in the Divine Liturgy presided over by Metropolitan Epifaniy of Kyiv and All Ukraine, co-served by the archbishops and clergy of the OCU, the Stauropegion of the Ecumenical Patriarchate in Ukraine reports.
Earlier, the Orthodox Church of Ukraine congratulated Metropolitan Epifaniy on the anniversary of his enthronement and his birthday. On February 3, 2019, in Sofia of Kyiv, Metropolitan Epifaniy was enthroned as head of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine.
