On November 25, Metropolitan Epifaniy of Kyiv and All Ukraine met in the Metropolitan House with Ukrainian politician, fifteenth Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk.
The head of the OCU spoke about the policy of development and formation of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, contacts with other Local Orthodox Churches around the world, and an extremely fruitful visit to Ukraine of His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew I.

The parties also discussed the current socio-political situation, new forms of threats and challenges posed by Russia in the military, economic, and information spheres, and the importance of consolidation and spiritual unity of all Ukrainians for effective protection against hybrid attacks of the aggressor power.
Also, during the meeting, the two spoke of the positive trends in the formation of the Ukrainian-language media space and the importance of developing true historical science, eliminating old and modern falsifications, and countering encroachment on the appropriation of our cultural and historical heritage.
