In a continuous volunteer effort, OCU priest Serhiy Luchanin made a trip to visit Ukrainian warriors in the Joint Forces Operation zone.
That’s according to the press service of the OCU’s Rivne diocese.
Food aid was delivered to the defense positions in Maryinka, Lebedynske, Vodiane, and Pavlopil, Donetsk region. The batch was collected by the community of the OCU’s Holy Transfiguration Parish in the village of Oleksandria, led by Archpriest Andriy Kovalchuk. Philanthropists from Rivne and Novy Dvor have joined the aid effort.
Every day, amid artillery and mortar strikes by Russian regular forces, begins with a prayer for Ukraine during the invasion.
“Our strength lies in unity, while unity is an irresistible force. That is why Ukraine is set to win,” the OCU officials believe.
