OCU’s social center continues to provide daily assistance to IDPs in Dnipro

In Dnipro, the charity hub under the leadership of the head of the Synodal Department of Social Service and Charity, Metropolitan Serhiy of Donetsk and Mariupol (OCU) continues to provide daily material, spiritual, and financial assistance to those who were forced to flee their homes as a result of a full-scale Russian invasion.

This was reported by the press service of OCU.

“Cold. Wind. Full house. Many IDPs visit our social center in Dnipro. This is a great work of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, patrons, volunteers, and ordinary Ukrainians who dream of victory.

Many families come with their children to receive a food kit, baby formula, medicines, clothes, diapers, and toys. Also, thanks to our benefactor friends, we continue to offer certificates worth UAH 500 and goodies. With this certificate, one can make purchases in the Silpo chain.

Our center also provides free assistance by offering services of a psychologist, doctor, lawyer, and priest. Once again, I thank all the caring Ukrainians and sponsors of our charitable projects. Together toward victory!” Bishop Serhiy noted on his Facebook page.
