A delegation of representatives from almost all parliamentary parties of Portugal, led by the head of the parliament, Augusto Santos Silva, and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Portuguese Republic to Ukraine, Mr. António Vasco Alves Machado, visited the National Reserve “Sophia of Kyiv during their trip to Ukraine.

The guests went for excursions to St. Sophia’s Cathedral and the Metropolitan House, as well as visited the Zaborovsky Gate.
Portuguese MPs signed the Book of Honored Guests and talked to the press. The cultural program for the Portuguese delegation completed with an introduction to the architectural gem of Kyiv, St. Andrew’s Church.
