Moscow Patriarch Cyril (Gundyaev) continues to express absolute support for Putin’s criminal regime and covers his crimes up with “faith in God.” He is sure that the Russian Orthodox Church will be able to help Russia overcome “world crises.”

“Today, the world is going through difficult times. But times were never easy. Every time has its own challenges and problems. Therefore, only those who knew how to perceive this correctly emerged victorious from historical cataclysms. In order for us as a country to have hope that we will pass through all world crises, we must keep faith in our hearts, keep our union with God through communion. This is the reality of our lives,” Cyril said on Tuesday, July 12.
In addition, Gundyaev, who blesses Russian crimes, said that God is with their church. He even asked for God’s help in further atrocities committed by the Russian regime.
According to him, Russia has a “great spiritual heritage.”
It should be recalled that the Ambassador of Ukraine to the Vatican, Andriy Yurash, called the upcoming meeting between the Pope and Cyril a meeting with the devil’s advocate. The ROC also reacted to Canada’s sanctions against Cyril.
