The Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine states that the Russian state-run Ria Novosti agency does have an article calling for ethnic cleansing and ethnocide in Ukraine!

The article was published on April 3, when the whole world saw footage from Bucha and other towns outside Kyiv, where Russian troops left behind hundreds of bodies of slain civilians, some of which had Nazi swastikas burned on them.
