    ROC Primate praises Russia’s top propaganda host for “objectivity”

    Russian Patriarch Kirill (Gundyaev) conferred on Kremlin propagandist Dmytro Kiselyov the Order of Venerable Sergiy of Radonezh (1st degree) on the occasion of his 70th birthday.

    According to the Kommentarii outlet, Kiselyov received an order from the Russian Orthodox Church.

    The head of the Russian Orthodox Church praised Russia Today media group CEO for his “objective coverage” of events in Russia and across world, as well as for “consolidating the tradition of spiritual and moral values.”

    In his greeting, Kirill also emphasized that the Russian propagandist, together with his colleagues, allegedly “does a lot to protect the true sovereignty of Russia and its national interests.”

    The leader of the Russian Orthodox Church called on propagandist Kiselyov for more effective cooperation in the interests of the Russian Church, which is known to support the Kremlin’s policy.
