And now, amid this massive COVID-19 wave, this group of \u201cconcerned\u201d citizens gathers in Kyiv promoting antivaxxers\u2019 agenda. A quintessence of ultimate stupidity bordering on sheer madness, it might seem. But is it really the case?\u201d military and political observer Oleksandr Kovalenko<\/a> wonders.<\/p>\n He has noted it\u2019s not the first time that such an event is being held outside the Verkhovna Rada.
