Patriarch Bartholomew and Metropolitan Epifaniy laid flowers at the Wall of Remembrance of the Fallen Defenders of Ukraine and at the memorial to the victims of the Holodomor, the genocide of the Ukrainian people.<\/p>\n
On Sunday, August 22, 2021, at 9:00, a solemn Divine Liturgy will take place in the open air, outside St. Sophia Cathedral in Kyiv, co-led by the two heads of Orthodox Churches \u2013 His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew and His Beatitude Metropolitan Epiphaniy of Ukraine.<\/p>\n\r\n
