The DPRK declared that they would “stand firm alongside their Russian comrades” and expressed confidence in the victory of the Russian aggressor.<\/p>\n

This was stated<\/a> by North Korean Foreign Minister Choi Song-hee during negotiations with her Russian counterpart, Sergei Lavrov.<\/p>\n

The North Korean diplomat referred to Russia’s war in Ukraine as “sacred”. She said that from the beginning of the so-called “special military operation”, leader Kim Jong-un “strongly” supported the Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin and “provided assistance to the Russian army and people.”<\/p>\n

According to Choi Song-hee, Pyongyang “does not doubt Russia’s victory in the conflict in Ukraine under the wise leadership of the respected Russian President Vladimir Putin.”<\/p>\n
