On April 20, the National Police officially announced the fate of several people who were detained during an attempt to break into the premises of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra National Reserve.<\/p>\n
The National Police explained that near the Lavra premises, sealed by the audit team from the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy, was assaulted by a group of people. Investigators promptly studied the circumstances of the incident and identified four most active suspects, pressing hooliganism charges against them, the press service<\/a> of the National Police reports.<\/p>\n As a result, two men (born in 1983 and 2001) and two women (born in 1984 and 1986) were detained. They were taken to the station, where they were charged under Part 3 of Art. 296 of the Criminal Code.
