He recalled that last year, the Verkhovna Rada passed the law on indigenous peoples and a package of legislative acts that repealed previous legislation on a \u201cfree economic zone\u201d in Crimea.<\/p>\n
In addition, Stefanchuk noted that several bills have been passed aimed at social and legal protection of persons who have been deprived of their personal freedom as a result of Russia\u2019s armed aggression.<\/p>\n
The head of the Verkhovna Rada assured that the parliament is ready to provide legislative support in all issues and initiatives aimed at protecting Ukrainian citizens living in Crimea, who suffered as a result of Russian aggression and occupation, as well as regarding the reconstruction of Crimea after its de-occupation, attracting investors and donors.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
