The plan called for the use of the image of “polite people,” as applied in 2014 (circulating videos, photos of rescued animals, photos of veterans crying from happiness of reunification, videos of joint actions of Russian and “the right kind\u201d of Ukrainian soldiers against Ukrainian “Nazis” and \u201cBanderites,” as well as videos of soldiers bringing peace to people in the form of new textbooks for schools, as well as medical equipment, etc.<\/p>\n
Numerous appeals by Ukrainian and Russian veterans to stop Nazism in Ukraine and prevent it in Russia and around the world were also supposed to be used.<\/p>\n
The plan also included engaging with those who, due to the specifics of their jobs, are in contact with large groups of people \u2013 teachers, taxi drivers, service workers, and others.<\/p>\n
As Ukrinform reported earlier, referring to the Minister of Culture and Information Policy, Oleksandr Tkachenko, more than 200,000 \u201ccyber troops\u201d in Ukraine are helping the country promote Ukrainian narratives and fight Russian disinformation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
