    Another Russian brutal strike: Multiple civilian casualties in Kherson

    On December 24, Russian forces shelled the central part of the recently liberated Kherson. The latest reports say at least eight civilians were killed by the strike and another 58 were wounded.

    “The terrorist country continues bringing the Russian world in the form of shelling of the civilian population. Kherson. In the morning, on Saturday, on the eve of Christmas, in the central part of the city. These are not military facilities. This is not a war according to the rules defined. It is terror, it is killing for the sake of intimidation and pleasure,” President Volodymyr Zelensky wrote on social media, posting pictures showing the aftermath of the deadly attack.

    At least 18 wounded civilians are in grave condition, according to Deputy Head of the President’s Office Kyrylo Tymoshenko.
