The head of the UGCC, His Beatitude Sviatoslav, has paid a visit to the wounded Ukrainian soldiers in one of the Kyiv hospitals.
That’s according to the UGCC Information Department.
“This is something very unique and special – to touch the hands of our wounded guys, to pray for them,” said the Head of the Church.
His Beatitude Sviatoslav says that he noted how important God’s blessing and prayer were for Ukrainian soldiers. “This is an assurance that they are not alone in their suffering,” he added, urging them to pray for their health and Ukraine’s victory.
