Foreigners living in Ukraine’s capital Kyiv held a rally on weekend in support of the country faced with another threat of Russia’s military incursion.
“Time for the International community, along with our Ukrainian brothers and sisters, to show our solidarity in the face of further Russian aggression. FULL SUPPORT FOR UKRAINE. Bring your National Flags, or make a placard!” the organizers wrote in their announcement on Facebook, according to Glavcom.
More than 200 people took part in the International Unity March for Ukraine. The participants gathered in the park by the Taras Shevchenko monument and walked down to the Maidan Nezalezhnosti (Independence Square).
In the Maidan, the marchers sang the Ukrainian national anthem.
